Terms of Service

1. You must be at least 14 years of age to register. Users under 14 require verifiable parental consent under Korean PIPA regulations.
2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.
4. You may not register on behalf of another person or impersonate any individual.

1. Generative AI features are charged via a virtual unit called "credits."
2. Credits are non-monetary, non-refundable in cash, and non-transferable. They expire 365 days after issuance.
3. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis until canceled.
4. Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Pricing is displayed in Korean Won (KRW). International users may incur foreign-exchange fees from their card issuer.

• Depicts real, identifiable persons without their explicit consent (including face-swap, deepfake, or look-alike content);
• Sexualizes, depicts, or otherwise harms minors (under 18) in any form;
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), revenge pornography, or sexual content of real persons;
• Promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, or illegal activity;
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Violates any applicable law (including Korean Sexual Violence Punishment Act §14 on deepfake materials, U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act, and EU AI Act).

Detailed prohibitions are listed in our Content Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. You retain ownership of content you generate, subject to the underlying model providers' licensing terms.
2. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display generated content solely to operate the Service.
3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights for any input you upload (reference images, audio, persona photos).

1. All generation requests are subject to automated moderation (fal.ai Omni Moderation, OpenAI content filters, Google Gemini IMAGE_SAFETY filter) and may be denied.
2. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.
3. Violations involving illegal content (CSAM, NCII targeting real persons) will be reported to Korean authorities (KCSC) and, where applicable, the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
4. Credits associated with terminated accounts due to policy violations are forfeit and non-refundable.
